My approach to therapy is all about working together. I believe healing happens when you feel truly supported and understood, so I aim to create a space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment or criticism. I use different types of therapy depending on what is likely to work best for you, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

I believe healing happens when you feel truly supported and understood, so I aim to create a space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment or criticism. I use different types of therapy depending on what is likely to work best for you, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help with unhelpful thoughts and patterns, Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help you stay present and grounded, Trauma-Focused Therapy to gently process past experiences, and Emotion-Focused Therapy to help you understand and manage your feelings, just to name a few. My goal is to help you feel safe, comfortable and cared for as we work toward greater peace and strength in your daily life.
